Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coherva ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Charles Vasquez, located in White Plains, New York, United States, including our website at coherva.com, our email transmissions, and all associated content and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or otherwise accessing Coherva, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Coherva is a science-grounded consciousness platform that delivers peer-reviewed research, daily transmissions, practical protocols, and educational content at the intersection of neuroscience, quantum physics, and contemplative traditions. The Service includes:

Subscription Plans and Billing

Coherva offers the following subscription plans:

All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing admin@coherva.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Free trials: Where offered, free trial periods are available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to terminate a free trial at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on Coherva — including but not limited to articles, daily transmissions, the Coherva name, logo, design system, written content, AI-generated articles, and the compilation of source materials — is owned by or licensed to Coherva and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent, except as follows:

Coherva content draws on and cites publicly available peer-reviewed research, classical philosophical texts in the public domain, and other properly attributed sources. We claim no ownership over cited third-party content.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to Coherva — including practitioner articles, comments, or feedback — you grant Coherva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or in violation of any law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COHERVA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Coherva makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scientific content is provided for educational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all research cited reflects the most current scientific consensus.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COHERVA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Coherva in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 if you have not made any payments.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing admin@coherva.com and giving us 30 days to respond.

Privacy

Your use of Coherva is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect your email address and name for account management and the delivery of your subscription. We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized analytics. We do not sell your personal data. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
